People come to me for all kinds of reasons, but they usually have one thing in common: they know something isn’t adding up.
Maybe you’re wired and exhausted at the same time. Maybe your gut has been running the show for years and no one has been able to tell you why. Maybe you’re noticing hormone changes, brain fog, fatigue or poor sleep. Maybe your labs keep coming back “normal,” but you still don’t feel like yourself.
A symptom is usually a clue, not the whole story. I’m interested in how the pieces fit together and the “why” underneath it all. Whether the conversation starts with hormones, digestion, metabolism changes, autoimmune conditions or nervous system regulation, my goal is the same: to help you understand what’s happening and what to do next.
